I was surprised at how quickly everything went through. I submitted my info and got approved the same day, maybe just a few hours later. The site was easy to use, though I did have to double-check a couple of things along the way. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d recommend it, but I do think the status updates could be a little clearer.

I didn’t really see enough results to feel good about keeping the subscription, and the whole subscription setup was kind of annoying. "Helpful support, even if it took an extra step"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out to musely support. They actually got back to me the same day, which was a nice surprise. It did take one extra message to fully get everything sorted, but the person helping me was friendly and explained things clearly. I know other customers probably appreciate quick responses too, especially when something goes wrong. Overall, not perfect, but still good customer service.

I was a little hesitant to sign up because subscriptions can be such a pain sometimes, but musely has been really straightforward about what I’m paying for and when, with the refill dates and charges right there in my account, emails before anything bills, and even the pause or cancel options easy to find without having to click around forever, so overall I haven’t had any weird extra charges or hidden surprises and I’m happy with how simple it’s been.

"The service itself was fine, nothing terrible..."
The service itself was fine, nothing terrible, but I just felt weird putting my medical info in there. These kinds of platforms always make the privacy stuff sound more complicated than it needs to be, and it’s hard to know what’s actually happening with your data. I wish they were way clearer about how they use and store everything, because it made me a bit uneasy.

I canceled my musely plan and asked for a refund, and I was kind of expecting it to turn into a whole annoying back-and-forth. Weirdly enough, it didn’t. The process was straightforward, though I was a little suspicious while waiting for the money to actually show up. It took a bit, but the refund eventually came through and everything got sorted

The consultation was okay, but I felt like it was a little rushed. They did answer the main thing I was worried about, which I appreciated, but I was hoping for more of a conversation instead of quick, short replies. I like feeling like my situation is being looked at more personally, and it didn’t really come across that way. I did get a treatment plan and it made sense to me, so it wasn’t a bad experience. Just felt average compared to what I expected...

"Easy to Use, But Didn’t Do Much for Me"
I tried Musely for a couple months, and I kept thinking, okay, maybe this just needs more time. But i didn’t really notice much of a difference. Maybe my skin is just stubborn, who knows, but the dark spots still look pretty much the same to me. The routine itself was easy enough to stick with, so that wasn’t the issue. I just wish I had seen better results.

I was checking out musely and really liked that they actually show the ingredients and explain what the formula is supposed to do. That made me feel a lot more comfortable, like they weren’t trying to hide anything. A few parts could’ve been explained in a simpler way, but overall it felt clear and honest to me.

"Felt a Little Too Generic for Me"
I went into Musely hoping the treatment would feel more tailored to my skin and the specific concerns I had, but it ended up feeling generic. The questions were quick, and my gut was telling me they weren’t really getting the full picture of what my skin needed. It might be a good fit for some people, but for me, the customization was disappointing. "Frustrating if you're trying to use insurance"
I really liked the idea of musely and was excited to try it, but the payment part was kind of annoying. I couldn’t really use my insurance the way I expected, and the HSA details didn’t feel super clear until I was already at checkout.
For the price, I just expected BETTER options or at least a simple explanation upfront. It’s not terrible, and the service itself seems fine, but if you rely on insurance or HSA, it can definitely be frustrating.

I was expecting this to be smooth and easy to use, but it ended up leaking and coming out clumpy. Definitely more frustrating than I hoped, and not the quality I thought I’d get.

The products themselves might be totally fine , but using the site and app was annoying . Pages loaded strangely , finding my account info took longer than it should have , and checkout just didn’t feel smooth . I expected the whole thing to be easier .
